Pasta with Meatballs is one of my favorite dinners, but I know how pasta is not the healthiest choice.
So, I've been obsessed with Cauliflower lately- it's so versatile and tasty!
For anyone on a "no carb" diet or is just trying to eat healthier, try swapping out Cauliflower for anything you usually use as a starch side (mac & cheese, rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, the possibilities are endless!)
This is my recipe for my recent pasta substitution with Cauliflower and boy was it good!
*Some Health stores have the Cauliflower already chopped which saves a ton of time.
1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
